What appears to be a washed out day becomes more cheerful for me when I wear these while driving. At night, the glare from street lights and oncoming headlights is much reduced, increasing visibility.I like them.
Sarah Miller –
Fit well over my fairly large glasses. I have owned 3 pairs of these glasses and am very pleased with them. Much less expensive than prescription sunglasses and you don’t have to worry with removing your regular glasses–just put these over the regular glasses. They also ride nicely on top of your head if you go inside and don’t need them. It is also possible to wear them inside because they are not so dark it prevents you from seeing while inside.
Mike Davis –
Great at nite or rainy on expressway can see well

I bought these glasses not really expecting much but thought what would it hurt. I didn’t think driving at night because the headlights and night lights on the highway (neon signs) bothered my eyes and gave me a headache. Not anymore! The glasses arrived on time and in good condition.
Sarah Hernandez –
They do cut down on the headlight glare at night, which is what I had purchased them for. I was hoping they would get rid of the glare entirely, but you can’t have everything. I didn’t used to have this problem when I was younger, so either headlights have changed, my eyes have changed (I’m 50), or this is a side effect of the ultra thin lenses in my glasses.
Emily Smith –
They are close to what I expected except for when people leave their high beams on and then they are just as bad as without them, the side panels are not as strong as the front but they do help
Laura Smith –
Other then the fact that I look like an old mafia gangster when i have them on, they work great. Helps immensely with the night glare from on coming vehicles, I’m able to see better at night, and helps with the glare of vehicles behind me. During the day time it helps to see better in foggy weather, cloudy weather, bright days . I would buy another pair .

These are yellow lens glasses that fit over and rest on prescription glasses. If you want yellow lenses and don’t wear prescription glasses, just get regular glasses with yellow lenses. I couldn’t decide, and they were pretty cheap, so I got both the HD Night Vision ones and the ClearVision HD ones and used each for 1 week. They are very similar, only real difference is that the HD Night Vision ones have matte black frames and the ClearVision HD ones have gloss black frames. This review will apply equally to both. About the frames, both are bulky and obstruct peripheral vision. The yellow lenses are great if you have the kind of night blindness that is common in people with light colored eyes. I learned about yellow lenses from a friend with light blue eyes who has the same sort of night vision problems I have. I had a friend with brown eyes try these, and she noticed no difference or improvement in her vision. With these glasses on, at night I have less glare and improved depth perception, and there is greater contrast between different objects so I can see what is around me more clearly. My night vision is better, but vision in low light situations (fog, heavy clouds, etc.) is improved even more significantly. When it’s semi dark, I can see in color with these on, but without them it’s pretty much just shades of gray; these glasses make it much easier to tell one object from another, and how far away they are. These are not night vision” glasses — they won’t enable you to see in the dark — but they will probably improve your night vision if you have this sort of night blindness.”

These seem to help (a little) with headlight glare of oncoming cars. I also use them in bright sunlight since I were prescription glasses that don’t darken if you are driving.
Daniel Brown –
Purchased these to improve visibility for driving in heavy snowfall. They work wonderfully. Takes a minute for your eyes to adjust when putting them on and taking them off, so be prepared for that if putting them on or off while driving. Also work well for night driving in wet conditions by reducing glare.

While I don’t currently use them for night driving, I am using them, with my prescription glasses underneath, while viewing my laptop computer – to reduce the ‘native’ blue tint of the laptop’s screen. I find that the yellow tint glasses helps to reduce my eye strain apparently caused by the high energy visible [HEV] blue light of the screen. Fonts now appear clearer and sharper for me. I would recommend you give them a try to cut down on the blue glare.
Laura Davis –
These glasses work great to stop the glare from headlights, even the LED ones, streetlights, business lights, etc. at night, and from snow in the daytime. Best of all, I can wear them right over the top of my prescription glasses and they fit perfectly. My son and Grandson were so impressed with them that I had to buy them each a pair too. They would make great stocking stuffers for anyone who drives.
Jessica Brown –
These work very well. I was hoping they were a bit smaller, but I am still using them. I do not need to be fashionable when driving at night as long as I can see.
John Jones –
Looks so MANLY on, not a good look for a woman’s face… Very loose fit too, Made well though.. DARN, I REALLY NEED THESE
Jessica Davis –
They’re just the thing for night driving. Unfortunately, the Company sent me two pair when I ordered only one, and charged my credit card for two. (Our credit card deleted one of the charges, so things worked out okay.) John Beauvilliers

These glasses do help with night driving. They make the oncoming headlights look orange and greatly decrease the brightness. They are a little bulky and I have some problems keeping them up on my face. Overall for the price they are well worth it.
Laura Jones –
The most important feature i needed was that the glasses fit well over my eyeglasses, and they did. Have used these previously with poor fit, so i appreciated the sizing
Jessica Miller –
Got these from my husband. He can’t drive without them now specially when he’s on his bike really helps get that glare off. You can see so bright out of them.
John Smith –
I drive fourty five minutes to get home from work every night. I have been dealing with the problem of bright headlights from oncoming cars for a long while now. I saw an ad on TV about these type glasses and decided to try them out. This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The cheap price is an added bonus. The yellow lens will turn all lights an orange/yellow shade. The newer, brighter headlights are no longer a problem, at all. Plus, you will be able to actually see stuff at night easier, like the deer standing around waiting to step out in front of my car at night. This is a great item to keep in all of your cars. But remember, this is basically a night time item only as it really brightens up things during the day.
Laura Garcia –
My husband uses these for night driving as well as when it snows. He has several pairs all different. These are a little smaller than some but they work ok
Daniel Jones –
These were much better than a pair of glass style that I had purchased years ago. I don’t know if it is the plastic lenses that reduce ultraviolet light better but these allow more light in while drastically reducing blue light. I was followed too closely a few times and not once did it bother me. Blue lights from oncoming vehicles turn yellow.
Emily Jones –
I went to get glasses at the eye dr because headlights at night are just blinding to the point I stopped driving in the dark all together. I have great vision, and she didn’t see anything wrong and suggested I go to another doctor. Well I decided to skip that, and Just try these first. Now my eyes are near 20/20 so I can’t say these will work for everyone, but when I wear these at night it gives me exactly what I need to not be blinded by those blue headlights people have these days. I love this version. I tried on my moms that didn’t have the side pieces and I like these much more than hers.

I did a lot of research about these kinds of glasses. All the reviews on here (for other brands) were mixed. Some say the glasses work, some say they don’t work. Well, they work for me. Having said that, people need to realize that everyone’s eyes are totally unique to each person. None are ever identical. So if you see colors one way, I see them another. That’s just the way eyes are made. Keep that in mind when doing the research. For me, it was worth the $20 to try them out. And for my eyes, they work. No glare of oncoming car lights. What a dream! I almost gave up driving at night the glare was so bad. Now I don’t have to. This brand of glasses the ones advertised on TV; I don’t know if that’s why they are more expensive than other cheaper brands, but to me it was worth the gamble of $20 to see. So are your eyes worth gambling $20? Only you can say and there is no guarantee they’ll work for you. But they might. They work for me!
Robert Davis –
I needed to drive 200+ miles this past week so coming home on a rainy night, my mind went back to the reviews I had read before buying the glasses. A female complained how it doesn’t cut the glare and it was even worst when it rained. Well, It rained and poured here in the NW…… the glasses made everything brighter and clearer and as for the rain, it cut off most of the mist from the car in front of me. To my surprise I was able to read the license plates at a safe distance.
Mike Martinez –
I was very pleased with the night vision glasses. I purchased two pair since both myself and my husband have eye problems. I suffer from glaucoma so the glare of the highway lights and car lights were hard on my eyes and made driving difficult so this product is a big help especially since it has the wraparound feature. This feature helps so I can see on the side and not have light come in from those direction. Once again thanks. A Boulet
Mike Jones –
These are a good value and work very well for night driving. The side lenses are a very helpful feature. These glasses allow me the independence of driving at night after my vision was affected by early cataracts and . However I cannot , they are particularly unattractive for women. I will be investing in a more expensive and attractive pair.I am please with my purchase as first an inexpensive method of trying out night driving glasses and second as a back-up pair for the new ones I will purchase.
Sarah Jones –
They give nice clear vision but still doesn’t cut the glare of these new high beams as expected but they’re still good night HDs.
Robert Garcia –
Good buy but not the bestGlasses are big and they don’t fit well to face , I do not have prescription glasses so they are loose on my faceThey help with night vision and makes night driving much easier by avoiding 60-70 % of glareThis glasses made night driving easier for sure but they dont fit well
Sarah Davis –
These work super awesome as day glasses, and fit really well over my prescriptions. I was wearing just normal sunglasses on top of them and ouch everywhere, so it’s awesome these are a ton more comfortable. They do a great job at cutting the white light which is why they’re great for day driving, they have a bit of a amber yellow towards the top that fades into a lighter yellow on the bottom that you can’t really see in the picture, I would have preferred they were all one color as the lighter doesn’t really help from what I can tell at the bottom and tinted a bit lighter even to help more with night. As for night time driving, these do work super well at cutting the glare from headlights which used to bug me, I’ve only gotten to try them once for this but I noticed huge improvements in being able to see. That being said, they are just a tad bit dark for night driving, so depending on what your issues is with driving at night, headlight glare vs difficultly seeing at night these may or may not help a ton if you have trouble seeing at night which is my problem. But I did notice a huge cut down in white light at night which made it a lot easier to see even with some mild night blindness issues, I was also driving on a highway, I think these would be great for night city driving because there would be enough extra light from the environment to counteract the tint on these glasses.
Mike Smith –
I was really surprised at how well these things work! I bought a pair for each vehicle so that I could quickly pop on when driving at night or when caught in a storm. Really, really works. Note: These are for people who wear glasses. Wish I had noticed. Without glasses they fit rather bulky.I love them!!
Robert Miller –
I bought these glasses for my husband to use at night and I am happy to report that it’s money well spent. They fit comfortably over his regular glasses and make night driving a better experience. The blinding effect of oncoming car lights has been significantly reduced and he’s so happy about that. 👍🏼
Daniel Martinez –
Reduces nighttime driving glare significantly. Not completely, but it is much easier now to see the rest of the road instead of just the overly bright headlights coming toward me. I like the convenience of having them fit over a regular pair of glasses as well.
Robert Williams –
these are helpful they turn oncoming lights yellow and do reduce glare. they do dim everything though so i push them onto my head part of the time i drive so its normal. when there is a line of oncoming traffic i slide the glasses over my eyes till they pass. works for me
Sarah Miller –
i use to drive in the worse weather and at night to bring people to and from work. these helped a ton in the winter and help turn those extremely bright headlights to a night yellowed lights.bad – okay these can get scratched stupid easy. ill need to get another set because of this. i havent used them in a couple years but when i did i loved them. just dont drive that same job anymore.
John Martinez –
Due to a late plane flight I recently was required to drive home in the dark. I was quite worried about this as my night vision is not very good. However as soon as I put on the Hd vision glasses I was able to see much better. They really do help!
Sarah Jones –
Haven’t had a chance to wear them outside yet. They fit well when I place them over my glasses. I’ve seen them advertised on TV for years and always wanted to try them out.
John Hernandez –
They do help with headlight glare. But not really halo colored light issues. But I’m glad I bought them. I can now drive without the fear of being blinded by on coming light
Robert Jones –
This product works well, but not as much as advertised on TV. Good for snowing day and night with many traffics. For the price, I give 5 stars. It’s kinda bulky, and I find it hard to store in my car.
Jessica Davis –
What a difference these glasses have made for me! I’d become reluctant to drive at night because of glaring headlights, neon signs and bright city lights. The tint on my prescription glasses didn’t reduce the glare as much as these wrap around glasses do. I highly recommend these glasses.
Mark Garcia –
I gave these as gifts and if they are like the ones I have and fit around classes, they are helpful in really heavy traffic at night. Oncoming car lights are not as blinding and they overall help. I push them up onto my head and drop them down as needed.I think the yellow plastic creates a bit of distortion re distance but it may be secondary to the pair I wear. The fact I didn’t keep the for myself and hence have not worn this particular pair is the reason I only used 4 stars.
Sarah Davis –
I bought these for myself but somehow my husband tried them and I haven’t been able to retrieve them back. He says they are a blessing to his vision while driving at night. Excellent buy. Be careful not to confuse these with the knock off brands.
Robert Davis –
I chose this type of wraparound because I where prescription eyeglasses and lately I’ve had vision problems. At night I had to take off my eyeglasses because I could see better without them on. The glare from oncoming traffic would bother my driving. I can concentrate on my driving better without having to worry about glare at night with my new wraparound glasses, they fit nicely over my eyeglasses and I can see just fine. I applaud the makers of these glasses and I will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank You very much!
Mike Davis –
If you make the wife happy, you will be happy…..
John Jones –
I call these my widescreens as they fit over my glasses. I use them to drive and think they work perfectly.
Daniel Garcia –
Just got new progressive lens reading glasses, and thought these would be a nice addition to my new vision arsenal. Tried them on a recent road trip and enjoyed them very much. They do tend to get a bit heavy on top of the glasses and add a bit a discomfort at the bridge of the nose. Other than that, these are just what you need if you are laden with the need for eyeglasses.
Mike Jones –
I had my doubts, but they really work. They seem to brighten up the dark and definitely help with the glare and high-beams from oncoming headlights. I recommend the glasses! They also fit over prescription glasses, so no worries there. I bet you could use them on the slopes, too! They have ‘side’ covers for any side lighting.
