I don’t understand how this works, but it really does! I used the foot pad for the first time tonight and was very skeptical. I couldn’t believe how powerful it felt, and I only went up to level 3 of 19. There are many different massage modes that you can feel deep in your feet, ankles, and calves. I am using it for foot pain that has been bothering me for months, and it did provide some immediate relief. I will continue to use this every night – I love it! *Also, hold and press the center button to turn it on! There is a misleading sticker pointing to the left button, and I think this is why several people wrote bad reviews, thinking their unit wouldn’t turn on. I know I was confused and it took me awhile to figure it out! After the unit is charged and turned on, you can use the included remote control to change mode and intensity – very convenient!

I ordered this product to help with circulation in my feet and it has made a difference. I started out on one and have worked my way up to 5. I also used the attachments on my lower abdomin for painful menstrual cramps. I have to say I wasn’t sure of it would help or not but it has been a life saver. Just make sure to remove the plastic and it helps immensely. If you have menstrual cramps definitely try try this out!!!!

While I haven’t used all of the available features of the product just yet, it is like a super-sized TENS/EMS unit while in use. I have only had the product for a couple of weeks, i feel like the rest of my day, my feet feel better (i have peripheral neuropathy stemming from an extreme vitain defixiency) and even better i feel like my balance has improved pretty significantly. I would recommend/suggest this product to someone that is disciplined enough to use the product daily, not just when you are having pain. I feel like intermittent use would not be as effective. It feels wonderful on each of the 8 different mode settings and alot of intensity ranges/choices).

This is not your typical rotating knob foot massager. IT’S 100 TIMES BETTER!! The foot pads are great but the added reusable pads are what really sets this apart. Sure the typical foot massager feels good for a few minutes while you use it BUT this massager has a lasting affect. Instead of just massaging your feet you can also get your legs massages via the extra reusable pans. Put your feet on the foot pad and the reusable pads on your legs then relax and enjoy a deep massage. I have found that most of the time my foot pain is actually caused by knots in my calves. This is a must have item!!!
