This is my second time I bought these lights. First of all they are nice looking in contrast of a vinyl fence. I had to except the limits of solar lights in general and work with those limits . The limits of all solar lights is the need for sun light. The area where there is less sun light I just keep them on dim so as not to drain battery’s (I think they last longer) . I do not know if I keep them off and only going on if motion triggers them would save energy . I do know that if you have them on dim and motion to Triger them on bright light when walking in front that it drains them more especially at area’s where they do not get sunlight. So in my court yard I put them on dim in area’s with less sun. The lights located in very sunny area I use the dim light with motion trigger for bright light . It has worked for me so far. I do live in Florida where I have plenty of Sun but I also have many trees so I have to compensate for shaded area’s by just keeping it dim. You have to charge them 8 to 10 hours before you put them up so as to give them a good start. I am not sure but I wish I could have access to the battery’s just in case they ever need new battery’s . I think for the price and if you have plenty of sunny area’s they are worth the price of 31 dollars for 6 solar lights.

These worked out really well for the side of our house that leads to the backyard. It is very dark and we needed a motion light to help see. Also since it is motion sensor operated, it will deter strangers!

The kit comes with 6 lights. It arrived with 5 in great shape and 1 not so good.The five:These lights are small, lightweight and easy to install. With 3 settings I was able to provide just what I needed for backyard lighting. When motion activated they stay on for about 2 minutes. They have a dim and a bright setting with motion activation. I’m not a fan of the photocell. The light produced is dim but I bought them for motion lights and to that purpose they work great.The one:The solar cell has a protective film over it. For the five, it simply peeled off. On this one it was adhered and would not come off. I took pictures and sent them to the support email explaining that the film would not come off and that there were sections where the lens was crushed. The response I got back instructed me to remove the film. After 30 minutes of scrubbing with goof off the protective film finally came off. However there were still three places along the edge that were crushed. I sent new pictures showing I did what was asked and never heard back.I went ahead and hung the light. It worked for a couple of days, but after a strong thunderstorm, water penetrated the lens and it no longer functions.For the price point, getting 5 of 6 working lights is still a positive. However though I need 6 more, I am hesitant after the complete lack of customer service.

These have worked great for my hard, they withheld during a tornado so theyre very sturdy (even the ones attached to vinyl siding with the included sticker pads). they stay charged until sunrise while on the dim/motion react setting. Light quality is fantastic for the price. Not sure if others have mentioned flickering but I haven’t had that issue!

These lights have 3 settings: medium, bright, bright with motion sensor. We put them on our aluminum fence to illumate dark spots in our yard. These are great little lights.

I was surprised at the more blue than white color of these lights. But, they are plenty bright on the walls of my deck on the dim setting. I also put 2 of them on the side of my house where I have my city waste bins. I have those on the dim setting that brightens when I walk around there. They work perfect for visibility, and I also believe they will help with security if anyone else wants to sneak around there at night.One of the lights on my deck is in the shade of my roof for maybe 1/2 a day at this time in the winter. If it’s not a truly bright sunny day, that one doesn’t get a full charge and will run out of battery charge before the others. Or, if it’s a really overcast/rainy day, that one may not light up at all.I’m very pleased with the lights in general. Four stars instead of 5 only because I was expecting white light instead of the LEDs being more light blue.

The item was a previously returned defective product. Thankfully the previous customer left a handwritten note (for the retailer). Also his return label was still inside the package. See the picture. Sent an email to the address in the item instructions. Let’s see what happens next.*Update* Prompt response from Chloe stating that the defective products and return issues are an Amazon issue. Stated to return item to Amazon. This fix would only continue the cycle even though the original defect was a manufacturer issue.**Final update**Seller contacted me and shipped a replacement set at no cost. I have installed them on my fence and they are great to add some visibility after dusk.

I was worried about buying these lights for my yard as a lot of the reviews said they stopped working within a week or a few weeks. I put these up before the summer and here we are at the end of summer and they are still going strong. they last all night and are bright. They are used on my perimeter yard fence, and the help to light up these areas very well. They light up around the pool and fire pit areas. The drive way and fence. I feel confident that we could see intruders if they happen upon the property at night. I am happy with my purchase and would buy these again. I bought two 10 packs and put up 15 of these solar lights. When these stop working I will update my review so it is honest, but I am hopeful that won’t be for quite a while.

I have to say that I am very satisfied with these lights. They were easy to install and so far have worked perfectly. Of course, I have not tried them in the rain yet because as of this writing it is summertime but I expect them to work then also. Although, I have read other reviews here on Amazon before I purchased them, a few reviews where some people have had one or two lights that’s stopped working or did not work when they received them, mine worked perfectly. Also, a friend of mine bought this same light setup and all of his work fine also. The lights were very easy to install and are bright enough to light up my yard and the driveway where my garbage can is located. Again, as of this writing I am extremely happy with these lights and may even buy another 6-pack.UPDATE: 10 Sep 2020Well, I did buy another six-pack of these lights and am using them to light up my garage, shed and other parts of my yard. All of the lights are working fine and I am still extremely happy that these.UPDATE: 06 Jan 2021Five of the six lights are still working perfectly and seem to work just fine in the rain and freezing temperatures. One of the lights quit working a while back but I did buy another pack of these lights and they all work fine. So, that means 9 of the 10 lights are still working fine and seem to have no problem at all. Also, my friend bought a six-pack of these lights and one of his lights is sticky, meaning that it is staying on when it should be going off after the time out. So, up to this point I’m very happy with the way these lights are performing and I hope they last another year or two.

I have ordered 6 sets of these over the past couple years ~ the ones I ordered 2 years ago are still going strong. I just installed a 280 ft long privacy fence and have these every 12 feet or so, which allows me to see where the dogs are and helps me be out after dark without having to have a flashlight. Also appreciate the 3 different settings, great product! I would definitely recommend.

I love these lights. My backyard looks like a oasis! They were easy to install. I just used tie wraprs to attach to the fence. The motion lights work well. I use the always on feature and the motion feature togetherSo when motion is detected the lights get brighter. The lights doesn’t flicker, they are a steady stream. These are simple to mount pretty much anywhere and give off a lot of light. I don’t know how long they will last, but in the last few weeks they have been through 2 heavy snowstorms, and an ice storm and survived a couple of sub-zero nights and still charge and shine brighter than I expected. If they only last a year they were well worth the money as they have made the trip from the house to the vehicles much safer. It is also nice if we get home after dark, and the porch lights are not on, and let me know if someone is outside. As an added bonus, they seem to scare off the critters who like to come around the house at night.

I like the 3 setting and it very bright, but only last about 1 month and some of my light won’t change me on. They only give u 10 days to register the light in order to return it but when I try to register it the website was not working I try for 3 days.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this product and am overall happy with them. They are bright and have a motion sensitivity range of easily 80 feet when installed at a decent height. The multiple setting are nice and the first pack has lasted me 2 years without any issues. This 6 pack had two with weak batteries that didn’t hold a charge so after contacting the sellers they agreed to send another 6 pack for free as compensation. Also these didn’t come with a stick on pad like the originals so be aware that they need to be screwed on.

I love these lights. I attached one to every fence post in the back yard. I have them set on low but get bright when you walk by. It is great for the dog when he goes out at night. I have a pvc fence so I used the double sided tape to install them. I live in Florida and the last hurricane ruined two of them. I ordered more to replace them. The only problem with the new order is that there was not enough double sided tape for all 6.

This is my second set of these. They work great! We use them to light up my dog’s run in the backyard. They are very bright so I made sure they don’t point towards my nearby neighbor’s windows. They have a few different settings on them, which makes them great and adaptable. All of them work and have lasted many years which is why I bought more of this same brand when I needed them. They have a small hole at the top for hanging– I wired mine onto my chain link fence. I leave them out all year with no issues with rain or snow getting in to them.

At first I LOVED these lights absolutely no question. As with everything you realize what could be better or different after a few weeks. I still love these lights. They were easy to install. Until I decided where I wanted them permanently I used command mini hooks to hang them. It worked perfectly on helping me determine where I permanently wanted them. However sometimes the motion on a few of them are not triggered. Sometimes a couple of them don’t come on at all. Its not so much a problem because I have purchased enough that the others take up the slack most of the time. I have also noticed when they don’t come on at all, they will sometimes get triggered with motion. I thought there were only 3 settings and I had them all set the same so I am not sure what that is about. They do not burn all night but I do not get full sun all day. That would have been helpful to know when considering purchase. For the price, these are still amazing and I am still very happy with my purchase. I am planning to get more to go all the way around my fence. They still do what I need them to do. I originally purchased to see at the back of my fence especially when I let my dogs out. Sometimes they have critter encounters or other dangers so I need to be able to see them. The motion helps me see quickly exactly where they are. However when we have a lot of rain (especially several days in a row) I have to go back to using flashlights as these lights do not function well without at least some full sun. The first picture is on low light and the second is when the motion is triggered. It brightens up very well.
