Returns/Warranty/Customs Policy

Returns and Replacements:

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

1) Damaged upon delivery. 

2) The product is different from what was ordered.

Proof of purchase must be provided. Please provide a clear photo of the problem for a quick resolution if applicable.

We DO NOT pay for shipping for replacements or returns.

If a product is damaged upon delivery, we must get an email within 24 hours or else it will not be granted.

Warranty:

We give a 30 day warranty on all of our products. In the event we feel there may be any type of misuse or possible warranty fraud we reserve the right to cancel the warranty. Warranty is void in the event of a refund or charge-back. Warranty is not transferable and is strictly only available to the original purchaser.

Refunds:

After your return is inspected and approved, we will provide a full refund. The refund will be processed and applied to the method of payment used to make the original order.

Customs:

We are not responsible for paying any customs fees. We ship our product with the correct postage. We are not giving any refunds for any custom fees that a postal mail delivery charges in your country, if applicable.

Filing a Claim:

To file a claim please Contact Us and include your order number.

Please include photographs of the item and return the affected items to us.

Upon verification, we will provide credits equal amount paid or in some cases we can offer to ship a brand new item free of charge.
